Through May and June, Stanford Barbers will be opening up a limited number of private 1 on 1 education sessions, available to book through Eventbrite. Designed for barbers, apprentices, hairdressers or anyone wanting focused support, these sessions are tailored to the individual. no large classes, no set curriculum, just direct education built around what you need help with most.
Over the past five years, education has become a growing part of Stanford Barbers. What started as informal mentoring inside the shop has naturally evolved into structured training, team development and hands-on support for barbers at all stages of their career. As the business has grown, so has the demand for more personal, honest education delivered inside a real working barbershop environment.
These private sessions are built around practical industry experience. Topics can include fading, scissor work, barber foundations, consultations, client retention, content creation, social media, photography, business operations and salon management. Whether you’re just starting out or refining existing skills, the sessions are designed to give clear direction, confidence and actionable advice.
With Stanford entering a new chapter in its new space, education will continue to become a larger part of the business moving forward. The goal has always been to contribute by creating an environment where knowledge, craft and experience can be shared openly.
